LVMH opens boutique hotel in St. Tropez

Saint Tropez is one of those destinations any Jetsetter worth their salt must visit at least once, it is considered a Jetsetter’s playground after all. Blah you might say - Saint Tropez is such an obvious choice. And it might be.

But with its quaint French charm, gorgeous beaches and the impossibly chic and beautiful that descend on this former fishing village every summer, it will be difficult even for the worldliest of travelers not to fall under Saint Tropez's spell. To enjoy Saint Tropez in the most luxurious and exclusive way possible, visit to White 1921, LVMH's first venture into the luxury hotel market.

As ever LVMH sure know their stuff – there is a reason why LVMH has been voted the most valuable luxury brand after all.

White 1921 is a boutique hotel in Saint Tropez named after vintage Moët & Chandon from the same year (considered to be the best year for champagnes in Europe).

The hotel is located at Place des Lices and it has eight rooms and suites only (all boasting contemporary and chic design and stunning views). Garden bar was designed by Jean-Michel Wilmotte, it can accommodate 82 people and serves such decadent treats as white truffle popcorn. Since garden bar’s wine cellar stocks some of the best champagnes and wines in the world you can rest assured your decadent snack will be washed down in style.

These features alone would be enough for some. Not for LVMH. The additional exclusivity factor?

White 1921 is seasonal – it opens in June and it will close its doors on October 7th. So fellow Jetsetters if you do not want to miss out I suggest making your reservations as soon as possible. Rooms start at €270 ($340), suites start at €670 ($843).
